Tayrex released version 3.1 of Field Service Control Center (Medulla) product used by Bezeq International Israel.

The Medulla is integrated with Bezeq International's CRM system. The Medulla provides better management of Bezeq field work force with layout of technicians on the map and scheduling work directly from a GANTT chart console.  for more information call (053) 275-8891.

This application help the sales person or broker to manage work flow from a quote to shipping sale.  also manage work after sale by EDI upload of client report for consolidation.
