After using the custom software Tayrex built for our firm over two years ago, I want to you know how much of an impact this program has had on our growth. You remember we started with about four employees and now we are up to twenty.
Our entire business runs on technology, and the web-based calling system you built for us is the primary software we use every day, day sfter day after day.
Before asking you to design something for us, we researched off-the-shelf products such as Salesforce.com or ACT! but nothing already on the market fit our particular needs.
Short and sweet, here is what I have to say about our experience with your software and Tayrex Corporation.

1) First and most important, you really understand business and knew the right questions to ask in order to learn our business processes and what we needed from a technology perspective. you did not just build the calling software for the sake of developing software. It has really streamlined our business operations.

2) You are fast! We gave you our set of requirements and in a short time we had a prototype. You made a few modifications and soon thereafter we were operational. I have worked in Fortune 100 companies my entire business career, prior to starting this business, and never have I seen the flexibility and quickness that Tayrex Corporation demonstrated.

3) Tayrex is incredibly responsive, reliable, and fun. It sounds cliché, but you really care about your clients and respond immediately. I always feel as though I am the most important client you are dealing with at that moment. It is simply a pleasure to work with your entire team.

We attribute much of our growth to the software which Tayrex Corporation built for us.

This letter is my personal recommendation for Eric Tayar and His company Tayrex Corporation. Eric worked as a contractor for my previous employer and was involved in a number of high priority projects including ERP customization, MRP implementation and EDI process design, deployment & support before starting Tayrex. His hard work and great attitude made him an important 'go-to' resource for our company.
Besides being an outstanding team player, Eric is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. He has successfully developed and marketed a custom EDI tool that can greatly simplify and speed up the development cycle for new transactions. He is also able to communicate well with the customer to assure that the design of the application is accurate before coding begins.
When I accepted a position with Haddon House in 2005, I immediately brought Tayrex in to help set up an integrated EDI solution for the company. Tyarex has been an integral part of the success we have had in implementing several very complex, custom solutions. I also use them to augment staff when internal resources cannot keep up with requests.
Eric has been a tremendous asset to me in the past and I expect that we will continue this relationship well into the future.

I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the exceptional service you have provided us over the past 3 years.
We had run a small handful of clients before we hired your company service. Since then we grown the system to over 22 active clients utilizing one or more order sources each with multiple business rules. customized paperwork and ship methods. The system is a web browser base which run on any standard PC/Laptop/RF device that connect to our internal network. all data is sored in a MS SQL database.
Over the years Tayrex has been quick to respond to new requirements - internal and customer driven. Support has been excellent - including after hours and weekends when necessary. We have designed and added such features including: small packaging shipping integration, pick-to-pack product verification, multi-level part number cross-reference, RF device support, and numerous others.
